1. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

1.1 Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your tour, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected]. Refund eligibility is based on the time of cancellation before the tour departure date:

More than 60 days before departure – Full refund minus an administrative fee of $100 per person.
30-59 days before departure – 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
Less than 30 days before departure – No refund will be issued.
Non-Refundable Fees: Some components of the tour, such as visa fees, certain transportation costs, and third-party service fees, are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.

1.2 Cancellation by Benariel LLC
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

Insufficient bookings (minimum group size not met).
Natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest in the destination.
Changes in government regulations affecting travel.
Refund Options:
If we cancel a tour, customers will receive the choice of:

A full refund of all payments made to Benariel LLC.
A travel credit of equal value for future tours.
We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as flights, visas, or personal travel arrangements. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

2. Changes to Bookings

2.1 Modifications by Customer
If you wish to change your travel dates or tour package, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes are subject to availability and additional costs imposed by third-party providers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Date changes made less than 30 days before departure may not be possible, and standard cancellation fees will apply.
2.2 Modifications by Benariel LLC
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, transportation issues, site closures).
If significant modifications are necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options.
3. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to show up on the departure date without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation request date.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

Trip cancellations and interruptions (due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances).
Medical coverage (especially for international travel).
Lost luggage and travel delays.
Benariel LLC is not responsible for costs related to last-minute cancellations due to personal emergencies or travel disruptions beyond our control.
